We are pleased about your visit to our web pages. In the following, we would like to inform you about the handling of your data according to Art. 13 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Storage of IP address

We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for the purpose of seven days, in the interest of being able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. After this period, we delete the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption process on our pages. Your information is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol is closed in the status bar of your browser and the address line begins with https://.

Rights of the user

When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you certain rights as a website user:

a. Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO):

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.

b. Right to rectification and erasure (Art. 16 and 17 DSGVO):

You have the right to request without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data.

You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted without delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Article 17 of the GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.

c. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO):

You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if you have objected to the processing, for the duration of any review.

d. Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO):

In certain cases, detailed in Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of such data to a third party.

e.Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR):

If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) (data processing for the protection of legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data, unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

f.Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning you violates data protection provisions. The right of complaint can be asserted in particular before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Data deletion

Unless a legal retention period exists, the data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary, or the legitimate interest in storing the data has expired.

In individual cases, there may be a longer storage of individual data. The duration of storage then depends on the statutory retention obligations, for example, from the Tax Code (6 years) or the Commercial Code (10 years).

Confidential treatment of your data

We will of course treat your data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties.

If necessary, we use strictly instruction-bound service providers who support us, for example, in the areas of EDP or the archiving and destruction of documents and with whom separate contracts for order processing have been concluded.

Your data protection rights

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you, as well as the right to have inaccurate data corrected or to have it deleted, provided that one of the reasons stated in Article 17 of the GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued. There is also the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions specified in Art. 18 DSGVO is present and in the cases of Art. 20 DSGVO the right to data portability.

Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of data relating to him or her infringes data protection law. In particular, the right of appeal may be lodged with a supervisory authority in the Member State of the data subject's residence or place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
